Nikon Announces D810 DSLR Camera

Nikon has just upgraded its D800 one of its top of the line DSLR cameras by giving it a better sensor and a wider native ISO range. Nikon’s new D810 now features a 36.3MP sensor with no AA filter to improve detail resolution. It also has an Expeed 4 image processor with the same 51-point AF module in the Nikon D4S. Nikon has just upgraded its D800 one of its top of the line DSLR cameras by giving it a better sensor and a wider native ISO range.

Nikon’s new D810 now features a 36.3MP sensor with no AA filter to improve detail resolution. It also has an Expeed 4 image processor with the same 51-point AF module in the Nikon D4S. ISO range for the D810 starts at 32 and can reach up to 51200.

The camera is capable of Full HD video recording at 50p/60p with reduced noise, moire and false colour in video files. There’s also a new Picture Control System, which gives users control over image sharpness, contrast, brightness, hue, clarity, saturation before and after shooting.

There’s also a 3.2-inch 1229k-dot color tuned LCD screen at the back as well as Live View split-screen zoom. If you’re interested in getting this camera, just be prepared to shell out AU$3,699 (Body Only) when it becomes available starting July 17.
