China-Made Oppo Find 7 Now Official

After a number of teasers and leaks, the Chinese brand Oppo has finally unveiled its newest flagship smartphone – the Oppo Find 7 at the company’s special event in Beijing, China.
The Find 7 will be available in two versions – one will have a 5.5-inch QHD display while the other will have a Full HD screen. The phone with the better display will also get better specs including a Snapdragon 801 chipset with a 2.5GHz quad-core processor, 3GB of RAM, Adreno 330 GPU, 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded using a microSD card, and a 3000mAh battery.
Meanwhile the Full HD version of the Find 7 will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chip with 2.3GHz quad-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storageand a 2800mAh battery.
Both models will pack a 13MP f/2.0 Sony IMX214 CMOS sensor with LED flash. The camera is capable of recording 4K video, 720p slow-motion clips at 120fps and features a special mode called Super Zoom which takes 10 photos and stitches them together to create a single 50MP image.
The Find 7 will also have LTE connectivity, special MaxxAudio speakers and Oppo’s VOOC (Voltage Opened Loop and Multi-step Constant Current Charging) which allows the phone to charge the battery up to 75% in just 30 minutes. The Find 7 will run on a heavily customized version of Android called Color OS.
The QHD Find 7 will be available in May or June in China for 3498 CNY (approximately 625 AUD) while the Full HD model will retail for 2998 CNY (or around 535 AUD) and will be available in China starting tomorrow. There’s no word yet if Oppo will offer the Find 7 in other countries, but given its specs, we’re pretty sure that a lot of people will want it.
